This is the worst run complex I've ever seen. Getting maintenance is hard to do unless you talk to the men themselves. The manager simply doesn't care. There is only 1 amenity which is the pool. It's brand new. It's never been swam in. However, the manager absolutely refuses to open the pool. It has not been open since covid! That's 5 years! She is a control freak and thinks the pool is hers only! Most residents are waiting for the lease to run out so they can get out of here. Don't come here!!!

Phenomenal
We have been living here for a year and it has been absolutely perfect. The communication and treatment of tenants is great. We you have a problem they get it fixed within 24 hours. Definitely the best place I have lived. The maintenance men are definitely the funniest in the area. Nothing like this place in millbrook.

AVOID....AVOID!!
The staff is who makes this a bad place to live. The attitudes are just nasty and doesn't know how to talk to people. Stay anywhere but there.

AMAZING STAFF
This is the best staff I have come in contact with. They constantly answered their phone with a great attitude and never let my questions go unanswered.

Avoid
It is way overpriced for what you get. There are no amenities other than a on-site laundry facility. The apartments are old and cheaply built. They rarely paint and keep the outside looking decent (I can count on one hand since I've lived here for 6 years). The front desk is usually unavailable or they have attitudes for no reason. The maintenance people are incompetent and don't really know how to fix things out side of things everyone knows to do. Example: AC not work? change filter; toilet is... running? twist the knob at the bottom. No matter how many times you tell them stuff STILL isn't working, they only do those basic things or front desk will give you an unnecessarily nasty attitude for trying to contact them about your issues. Neighbors can be loud. Most of them don't follow the rules of the complex like parking. Loud music plays from cars. People drive like maniacs. They just HAVE to avoid the speed bumps so they will hit you instead of going over them. Watch out. Kids running around outside and in the street unattended. Tenants let their dogs poop on the sidewalks and next to the cars. Getting in and out of the complex can be difficult and dangerous because of that curve. It's honestly not worth it the time or money.
