I really enjoyed the place. It was very spacious. Not a lot of amenities which didn't matter much to me because the unit was better than most. The issue is that the cost went up 10% the second year and an additional 20% the third year. This was for a current resident of 2 years with a perfect record. The price to break the lease also doubled. It's just typical price gauging and scummy business practices. It's a shame.
