Excited!! Move in tomorrow!

I am thrilled to share my experience with Azalea Hills Apartments as I get ready to move in tomorrow! From the very beginning, Janesha has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.

Moving 1200 miles away from home is no small feat, but Janesha made it so much easier for my wife and me. She was super specific about what was needed for the application and went above and beyond to stay in constant contact with us. Her responsiveness and dedication truly made us feel...
valued as prospective tenants.

Thanks to her assistance, we were able to secure a wonderful new place to stay, and we couldn't be happier! If you're looking for a new home, I highly recommend Azalea Hills Apartments, and I cannot thank Janesha enough for her exceptional service!

No tour

The lady who was supposed to give us a tour, Janiesha, never showed up for the first scheduled tour. Then, when she reached out to reschedule we showed up again and she never showed up. Very unprofessional

They never showed up

Tour manager never showed up for the first tour, then reached out to reschedule and didn't show up after 20 minutes again. Unprofessional.

BAD AC for almost 3 WEEKS!

several excuses for delays on AC repair. From other high ticket items needing priority to ordering parts for close to 16 days straight. and when they FINALLY get to repairing the AC unit, they do NOT HAVE any Freon to put in it.

I highly discourage ANY rentor looking for a decent place to live to rent from this place due to high excuses for repairs when necessary. ONLY rent when you can not find any place else!

Nope.

Overpriced for outdated apartments. Maintenance just patches things up. When I first moved in my apartment I noticed that in several places, hair was painted over on the walls (disgusting). Stove was dirty. Communication between staff and residents is subpar. Trash is often everywhere. My experience hasn't been the worst, but it's defintely not positive. The office just wants to keep the apartments occupied. Existing residents never get upgrades or anything! However, of course they will upgrade... the empty apartments just to attract new residents. Understandable, but still, show appreciation for your existing residents. Numbers are fading off of the mailboxes. Oh well, who cares right? The paint on the outside of some of these front doors need repainting . . . no one has time for that right? People are more than a number and a rent payment. It's obvious this complex doesn't value it's residents. And I don't need a response saying to reach out if my apartment needs any repairs or anything like that. Thank you.
