Improvement

As I've been living here, its had its ups and downs , but I will say Kimberly will go above and beyond to take care of her tenants. The maintenance guy is very friendly and goes above and beyond also. The neighborhood is very quiet which is a major plus. And the playground area! Everything is improving day by day. Give it time. I'm excited to see the outcome.

Ski Lodge Apts Opelika, Alabama

Pretty nice apartment. Older but clean, appliances are new and so far any problem I have had has been quickly rectified. Building I am in has great neighbors and security has been pretty good. Lawns are kept cut and clean, and trash areas are clean. Manager and asst manager usually pick trash in parking area weekly. Pool is kept clean and maintained well. Rent is very reasonable.
