I was skeptical about moving here, walked in the office and was greeted by Amy and the property manager and nothing but good things started happening then. I had no intention on moving in by the end of the week and BOOM here I am living here with a lovely view of the lake. If I had not had the friendly welcome and felt like home from the moment I walked in I probably would not be here. Thank you and I look forward to living here and meeting new people. Prosper Rocks.

Shady Manager
Manager is shady, rude and unprofessional. She charges us for valet trash yet makes us take our own trash out. And she won’t give us all our money back. Don’t take your complaints to her or she’ll tell you to just move out if you don’t like it. There is no grass anymore because of all the dog poop. Manager doesn’t care that the tenants are stepping in it. AC units constantly breaking down. These are not luxury apartments.

Horrible
This place is gross. New management does nothing. She does not care about the property. There is trash, cigarette butts and dog poop everywhere! Even in the playground. It has been several months and she refuses to handle any issues. Either lies or makes up excuses. Maintenance refuses to clean any of it up. A/C Units are always breaking down. Maintenance takes forever to fix them and then do not fix them right so they have to keep coming back. This is in the middle of summer. Buy an extra AC... unit. Standard of living here is poor. Not worth living here. You're better off going to another community because they do not care about the residents here.

Poor Property Management
Unfortunately, this community has gone downhill in the last few years. Management refuses to address any issues and just gives excuses as to why they won’t enforce the rules.

pet friendly
This property allows the dogs to roam without being on a lease and owners will not clean up after their pets . Also, "certain" breeds of dogs are not allowed, yet they are all over the property. I guess it is who you know.
