It is located right behind Troy University- very convenient to ride a bike or even walk to class. Apartment is very spacious and I love the new wood floors! Manager and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. No complaints here!

Roach infestation
The entire complex is completely infested with roaches. Pest control comes once a month. (Sometimes) but does very little to resolve the issues. Spends less than five minutes inside of each apartment, even after numerous complaints to the office. Upon moving in, it looks like no maintenance was done after the former tenet moved out. The fridge was nasty with hair and mold in it, cabinets had a thick syrup substance on the inside and there was hair and mold inside the shower. We have now lived in... wooddale for seven months and the roaches are continuously getting worse.

The office Manager makes the community very welcoming!
Hey I just moved here and I love it. Ms.Elizabeth is very informative, very happy person and friendly. The best office manager I’ve met in awhile. She genuinely cares about the community , maintenance is great , and the neighbors are very quiet.

Improving
I’ve lived at Woodde for over a year and recently they’ve gotten new maintence and management workers. Originally the place had a few maintence issues but lately they’ve improved since changing.

Not happy!!
Not HAPPY.
There has been a breach in contract on Troy Apartment’s behalf as I was told that my apartment would be ready and I could move in on the 29th of April.
It was not ready! It smelt of dead animal, needed to be repainted, and was unlivable! I was nice and gave them the weekend to finish and clean it up. Even though, while waiting for Elizabeth to finish up with her appointment with another customer and give me my keys on the 29th, I noticed the maintenance manager hanging out in his... office playing on his phone.
If you take my $$ecurity deposit and say you’re going to do something, you need to fulfill that contract!! Today I received information an hour after the apartment office opened today on April 1st, stating that the apartment was STILL not ready.
I would have been able to move into other apartments by now. The apartment is still not ready. I want my holding deposit of 490.00 returned to me as soon as possible! She said she couldn’t do that. I haven’t even signed the lease yet!
*update* I have been approved to get my security deposit back. Upon calling me and giving me an attitude, Elizabeth STILL wanted to get smart with me about how she and the maintenance manager did less than the bare minimum to get this apartment ready for a paying reasonable resident.
I am INCREDIBLY unhappy. DON’T move into these apartments unless you want to deal with folks who have no idea what they’re doing.
