Don’t live here!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! If I could select lower than 1 star I would. Worst apartment complex ever. My daughter lived here her sophomore year and had nothing but problems. Maintenance was extremely slow to fix any issues that were wrong. When they did fix issues they would not even clean up after themselves.

Parking lot gates did not work the entire school year for buildings 4 and 5.
Maintenance would change the air filters for the air conditioning units inside the apartments, but would do nothing...
to address the dirt and black mold growing inside the unit on the evaporator coils.

After move out my daughter was charged 50 dollars for what they called damages -- touch clean bed/bath, but could not even provide proof of what needed to be supposedly cleaned.

Definitely telling everyone we know not to live here as you will be disgusted and nickel and dimed for everything.

don’t live here!!

I would not recommend living here. I just moved out and I have had several problems over the course of one school year. the model they show you what their room looks like is not at all accurate. the only good thing about this apartment is how much bigger it is than most other apartments. however, it’s not a great location, it is not at all that nice to live in, i felt gross living there and a lot of my stuff got ruined living there due to bugs and stuff. my packages would always get lost here... and it just felt like hell. the lighting was always dull and it felt scary to live there. i loved the apartment after i toured it and then when i moved in it was a complete shock. one of my roommates had to move out immediately because of the location and it was not at all similar to what they showed us. the security would always be terrible the gates never worked random people would be there all the time. on top of it the elevator never worked and it was always so nasty to be in. 1 star is generous if that.

Avoid at all costs

Living at the crimson has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Upon our first week of moving in, my roommates car was stolen. This could’ve been prevented if they’d keep the gates closed 24/7 as they say they do. On top of this, the building I live in only one of our front gates work. None of the other gates are properly locked and if they are, not even the residents can get in.The security cameras on site also don’t work, they told us only 3 of the ones on site work. They also told us... they were going to get them fixed, it has been months since we were promised this with no solution. They continue to promise us security and never do. I’ve never felt safe here. Our freezer didn’t work, our dryer didn’t work, and all of this took them months to replace. We had to call weekly and eventually had to get our parents involved before they took us seriously. We lost over $300 of frozen goods to the freezer not working and their lack of ability to properly run an apartment complex. On top of this, there are constantly random people from the surrounding neighborhood jumping the fence, hiding underneath our cars and things of that nature. One of the other people who live in our building actually had a grown man hiding in their car one evening. Another issue we’ve recently ran into is the elevator. It has continuously been down over the last few weeks and all they do to fix this issue is reset the elevator. They haven’t called the elevator company to address the issue. This screams how much they really care about our safety. The Crimson is one of the worst (if not the worst) place to possibly live and I would not wish this on anyone. Do your self a favor and avoid living here at all costs. Giving this sorry excuse of an apartment a 1 is very generous.

They aren't worth your time, because we aren't worth theirs.

I have been a resident here since August 2017, but it is only recently that I have discovered how poorly they treat customer service here. I haven't been able to get a response regarding a billing issue, not even a short email.

Take it from me, if they can't even respond to an email, don't even give them the time of day. The apartment is nice, sure, but if a problem arises, you're on your own. Unless, of course, they forget to charge something you agreed to, you point it out then they...
immediately resolve that situation. Pitiful. Live elsewhere.
