I Don't Want To Live Anywhere Else
I absolutely love living at Avia. I am about to sign a lease for my third year here and I don't see a time in the near future where I will live anywhere else. I have looked at other apartments all around Birmingham and not one has caught my eye like Avia did. And for the price!!!! It is so well priced and you feel as though you should be paying much more for what you have.
Maintenance is so amazing and comes on the same day that you put in a request. He even has treats for my dog every time... that he sees her!
Management is so quick to helpful and quick to respond to any needs. There are always fun community activities such as scavenger hunts, hot chocolate parties, pool parties, etc.
The community that I have found at Avia is something that I have never seen and makes me feel as though I am home even though I am originally from over 8 hours away.

A wonderful place to live!
I’m not sure what the one star review is talking about because this place is great! My husband and I have called avia our home for over two years and we have met the most amazing people here and some of our best friends. The landlord Victoria is one of the sweetest people as well as David our maintenance man. They are always willing to solve any problems we have! Everyone knows everyone at avia and it’s a sweet tight knit community! We just renewed our lease for another year because we couldn’t... think of leaving the amazing people here. Move here! You won’t regret it!

Water leaks , and.. Roaches… ??
Water leaks from the ceiling, and cockroaches come out. The manager doesn't feel sorry for the tenant. They have given up on further repairs, and I have to look for a new home.
