Great place to rent
This was a wonderful starter apartment for me and my little family. Wendy is a great manager and always stays up on any issues. Always timely if anything ever needed a repair. Ivery spacious and never had a moments trouble. I highly recommend.

Management is super nice and understanding
Mrs Wendy has to been the nicest, most understanding manager I’ve ever rented from. As far as management not following up with maintenance issues, I would have to disagree, I had one issue while there and after contacting Mrs Wendy, she quickly resolved the issue. The apartment itself is very spacious and very nice. I highly recommend if looking for apartment living in the Conway area.

Maintenance not worth nothing.
The maintenance will not fix what needs to be done not even what is promised always an excuse. Manager will not make sure things are getting done don’t care. But want to keep rent going up. Lots of crime inside the complex and neighborhood. The problem here is manager and maintenance both lazy.

Rock Creek Apartments
These are decent apartments considering price and size! They have always dealt with issues swiftly. The only complaint is the neighbors that smoke.
