The best apartment I've stayed at by far. The property manager is great, very professional and friendly. The leasing agent was very prompt and helped me get an apartment of my choice. The spacious apartment is very cozy, Never had any trouble. In fact, I referred a couple friends here.

Living at Chamberland Square was fine in general. Maintenance was quick and helpful. Rent was high for what it is. A few neighbors were a bit of an issue. But in general it was okay. However, my interactions with management upon move out has been a completely different story.

I have lived here for 5 months now. There has been roaches in our unit for the entirety of the lease, our dryer has not worked for 3 months, and they gave us a less than 24 hour notice informing us that rent payment methods have changed. Therefor we received a $50 penalty and discovered there's a new $30 fee for using a credit card to pay rent with. The walls are paper thin and all of our fans are unbalanced.
