Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. The roach infestation is relentless—no matter how much you clean, they’re everywhere, making it impossible to feel comfortable in your own space. The floors are so uneven that walking on them feels like a punishment; over time, it genuinely starts to hurt your feet. The appliances are a joke—cheap, poorly installed, and prone to breaking down when you need them most. The water? It looks and smells questionable, leaving you wondering if it’s even... safe to use. I literally lived 2 months here and was so over it. They would not even want to cancel my lease. I did not care paying it but I was long gone from here.

The former manager, Kelley, was the epitome of unprofessionalism—dishonest, dismissive, and completely indifferent to the well-being of tenants. While the new guy is slightly better, he’s still very uninformed and unorganized, leaving you with little hope for improvement.
