I applied for a 2br 2ba unit by unit number online. A week prior to moving from several states away, I was informed that "there were several people in line ahead of me" and I would not be able to move in for over a month later than anticipated. Was told I would only be able to get my security deposit back via post. It might be okay to apply if you're already in the area and can go in-person, but do not do what I did!!!

Maintenance Is a JOKE
Reported my oven broken in June 2022 and the issue STILL has not been addressed. Shower has been inoperable for at least 2 or 3 months. Reported an emergency water leak (per lease instructions) and it took 3 weeks to get fixed. Water was pouring from upstairs onto our toilet and our bathroom was unusable and we were told to "catch the water with whatever you can." The maintenance man (only 1) is not the issue. Management seems to favor the renovated units and ignore the major issues of the... others. You are better off fixing your own issues. Also the "privacy gate" has been broken for about a year.

Amused
You can't cover up, act dumb & pretend these Apts are great. Their good but not great. Caring more and less pressure on the staff would be good. Giving help instead of limiting it would be good. Lots of work needed, yes. More help in maintenance instead of "a solo-man" whose odds suck in so many Apts to maintain. Being human is one thing but super human is another. The "higher-ups" need to care about their staff & tenants, despite whichever properties owned, then the dollar signs. Am I wrong?... Maybe. Maybe not. I live in a Indian Dale apt & when the gates are open, stay open, then Anyone walks in. Banned or not. A review is,to me I feel, what I'm posting. Handicapped people & elderly who can't go upstairs get a stair or two anyways. The Landlord & Asst. Manager are nice, do care about most people, but there is "double standards" & that's pretty much everywhere in any biz. Every person just wants to find a " nest" to live out the rest of their lives, being up in age or not. But when "care" is only 8-5, a "solo super-human" fixing too many Apts without help & issues bad enough that attention toward those issues may go more "attention-wise" from tenants who may start fighting back,if not already,(not myself, mind u) then any more "cover-ups" will be the total opposite. People aren't a buisness. Their people who pays salaries of the people in businesses. the "little people" who pay the "big people." I'm not picking, say,on these certain apts. But I live in one so as a tenant I'm voicing my own feelings of a review. Eyes that read this may know who posted this or may not. Don't care, never do,when voicing my opinion & the word "CARE" needs to be put out there more & less worry of being there for the paycheck only. Don't kneel down the way the "higher-ups" do in treating tenants low. They do. As the landlord treat the tenants like their worth living there. Like people.

Rip off
I contacted the property about a 3Br apartment they said one would be available in March! Yay! Well I pay the application fee, give the deposit, and rent. They said I couldn't see the apartment because they were working on it. Day of move in I ask to see before I sign the lease. They said I could. I look at the apartment that is a 2 br. I say this isn't what I asked for. They told me they didn't have any available. I asked for my rent, deposit, and application fee back because they lied to... me. They hand me back only the deposit check. I had to fight to get my rent check back and I lost my application fee. I asked "so I get charged for something I wouldn't of signed up for and it's yalls mess up?" She said yup.
Tldr: they will lie about apartments being available to collect the application fee and try to take more!

Don’t believe everything
A lot of ears listen to what some Voices say. For me I feel pretty darn content. I admit my eyes have seen some Things but mostly it’s really ok. To me rumors are for some people Who like to just moan groan & also Vent. I appreciate the staff & I know they Work hard under stress. 2 awesome maintenance workers Who deserve more respect. The landlord is someone I admire & I know she does her very best. All 4 of the staff are real & what... u See is what u get.
