The Fitzroy Chenal is definitely the place you will want to live and all of your friends and family will want to visit. Every time I post a picture of myself or my daughter at the pool, people think I am on vacation. My apartment is very spacious, and I haven't had an issue with upkeep or noise yet. When I do have questions about things I would like fixed, it's resolved by the end of the day! The entire staff is very friendly and they all knew my and my daughter's names within the first week we... moved here. It's a very personal brand of apartment-living. I am going to move soon and there is literally no where like this place. I am going to miss having this level of service, especially for the price of rent (which includes utilities). Trash is picked up from my door five times a week and there is a compactor on my floor for days I forget. The patio area, opposite of the pool, has a lot of sitting areas and a good amount of space for running around or playing frisby/football/whatever. :) There are firepits by the pool and the patio, along with propane grills.
