This apartment is POOR! Poor maintenance, poor customer service, poor management, poor customer care, overall poor. I moved here when I was 21 and everyone was so rude to me. My first apartment experience. My apartment flooded because of cracks in my floorboards. Lots of clothes were soaked, ruined. I didn’t know my apartment closet was continuing to flood, I went on a trip. Came back to molded clothes. The office manager was SOO rude. It was the worst experience ever. No matter my situation,... the foundation of the apartments and management is not strong. Please, I beg you.. do not move here. There are better options. <3

Wonderful Customer Service
Walked into the place an was delighted by staff greetings. Came in an went straight to business an got all of my questions answered respectfully an accurately. Very comfortable setting an comfortable atmosphere. Everything about the Parc at Maumelle is amazing. Inside an out. You have great staff, great neighbors (met a few while on my tour) an very quite space. Exploring my options atm, Will recommend to a friend! Keep it up guys ??

Life at this apartment has been so great for me. I had been looking for a place to stay after having to file for bankruptcy. They were so patient with me. I felt like I had ran out of luck until i stumbled across the complex while heading to the lake nearby. i have been here for almost 2 years now. everytime i go into the office i see three smiling faces ready to handle any issues i have, which haven't been many at all. maintenance is quick and the grounds are kept up routinely. only issue i... have is the hassle of renewing my lease. they know im not going anywhere! lol

Happy
This place has been a wonderful place to live. I was a little taken back when I saw that the office had new staff. You never know how that will go.Needless to say I just renewed my lease for 15 months. When I walked into the office it was like a breath of fresh air. The energy was so positive I was greeted and I could feel how genuine they were in that moment. I can't wait to see whats next for this place. I'm glad I'll be around to see what new,fun, and exciting things they have planned for us.... The fact that they even asked me if there were any events I thought would be cool for me and all of my neighbors mean that they care about us and our interest. I felt like more than just a number when I met them.
