Not the worse I've been in

I'm not trying to complain but Breckenridge is not what it's cracked up to be. Its's not that bad though. Our landlord is pretty nice but the maintenance man is kind of creepy. There is no pool and there is no Clubhouse. The rent is too high for the quality of the apartments. They also have a problem with coming to fix any issues in the apartment. They're kind of slow about it. The apartment is pretty nice sized but there's no carpet all through the apartment but Breckenridge is not the worst... apartment I've been in.

Low Maintnance

We moved in with no other option. Found out it's a bad neighborhood, police always knocking some ones door down. Crack heads walking around. The landlord and maintenance guy are both a holes. They take money out of your deposit if you need something in your home fixed.
