THE GOOD: Management is friendly, personable, and accessible. Maintenance is handy and quick to respond. I've never seen a bug in my apartment. I hardly even see any flies! It's much more quiet than any apartment I've lived in. No traffic noise. It takes me 7 minutes to walk to Fry's across the way, so everything is relatively close. I've lived here for a year and I plan on staying for another 4 years ahead.
THE BAD: You can hear the neighbors if they're very loud or if they're in the... courtyard, but again, it's much more quiet than any apartment I've lived in. It also smells old. When I first moved in it smelled like cigarettes, even though the previous tenant did not smoke. Using the glade wall plug-ins I've been able to mask the smell completely, but I always have to keep those plugged in.
