This Community is no where near ready to be lived in. The water is always turning off for something to be "fixed" yet it will be shut off the next coming days. There was a water shut off to where residents were without water from 3:16pm until 1:09am. Then the next day they had an additional shut off scheduled from 10am-4pm. They are okay with the water being shut off because it isn't an inconvenience to them since they go home to working water. The parking is a whole other issue. There is no... assigned parking yet due to construction so the office staff park in the covered spots which leaves no parking for the actual residents. They are in a rush to get you to move in but there is no rush to make sure the actual residents are taken care of. There is a lot more than could be said but here's just a little bit.

I love it here !
I couldn’t be happier with my new place ! I was nervous when I saw a review about the water , but I have NEVER had my water shut off for any reason since I have been here . The lady’s in the office are great and the head maintenance man is so wonderful at helping with any problems, everyone walks around with a smile and makes it a super comfortable and welcoming environment!

No water
The water has consistently been shut off 2-4 times a week, even on weekends for several hours at a time. Also both of our toilets have stopped working twice I n a month due to improperly installed water lines. The property manger has no information as to why this is happening or when this will end. This property is unsuitable to live in until the major plumbing issues are resolved. This could someday be a nice place to live.
