I am so glad that I moved glad that I moved out. We had bed bugs, with in the first week. The land lord and owner Rob tried to shift the blame on us. Furthermore, the land lord chased out our exterminator, and told us that we were only allowed to use Burns exterminator at our own expense. Burns also tried to shift the blames me.
Something must be wrong if we are not allowed to use our own exterminator, and get his/her opinion on the cause of bed bugs. Why are we only allowed to get Burns... exterminator to tell us the cause? It sounds like San Palmas is doing dirty business with Burns.

We welcome you to call or visit the leasing office if you have any concerns, but preventing any such issue is something that we spend significant time... and resources on regularly. Faded Glory At San Palmas
San Palmas is a shadow of what it once was in the early 2000's. After changing ownership hands several times in the last couple of years, and cycling through management companies at the same clip, the units and grounds continue to show their age. The sad part is, the management continues to charge rental rates that are too high for what you are actually getting for your money. When I am able to get out of here, I am leaving.
