Everything was perfect when I moved in. The people in the office are so helpful. All issues have been resolved quickly. Noise levels are low & all the community areas are very well kept.

The apartment itself is great just we had issues with neighbors being irresponsible with their dogs not cleaning up after themselves. And the gate not closing correctly. We also got our car stolen from the community parking.

Very nice amazing environment. I love the outdoor volleyball court for the kids. The pool as well as all of the amenities are always clean and ready to use

The Cooper 202 has been a lovely place to live! My partner and I moved in almost a year ago now and we love it! We initially had concerns about it being so close to the freeway, but honestly once you are in the community you can’t even tell, and it been more convenient than anything. It is a great area, we are close to a bunch of different grocery stores, and a movie theater, and the complex itself is very nice, with good amenities and spacious apartments floor plans. Its been a great place to... live.
