The cleanliness has taken a step backward and the walkways between apartments are often dirty. Not a good feeling when walking to and from the apt. Parking is a challenge for visiting spaces as people tend to park their vehicles for extended periods of time (1-2 weeks) and diminishing the # of available spots.
