Visited Artisan park today and the location and the unit are gorgeous. The property is so clean and nice and green. The office staff are so helpful and nice.

Just moved in. Adriana was so nice during the whole process! Messi was able yo get my keys and get moved in right on time. Appreciate the dedicación and urgency they showed me.

I have a pretty bad roach and fly problem here , the management is pretty bad it seems to be one thing after another here, homeless people wander the complex and dig through dumpsters from time to time, and there’s graffiti on the walls

I've liver here 6 years and since new owners came in it's been a terrible experience. Not to mention changed management and now it's only getting worse. Been dealing with bird poop on our walkways for over a year and they're apparently putting up netting. But nobody has come to clean this in over 4 months. Not to mention being surrounded by junkies and crackheads and they've uped the rent more than 50%. I've watched multiple people move out simply cause it's just not worth it anymore and sadly... seen more get evicted. You guys are tearing this place apart and it's sad. Management telling us they have to charge more cause their a business and as a business they need to maximize profit. Disgusting, if I could I would post a picture of what your apartment, bird doodoo walkway would look like. Thankyou for reading
