I have lived here for 5 years . One of the main reasons I like it here is because there is no one above or below me. All of the apartments are one level and just four per unit. The rooms are a nice size and there is lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. I love the private patio. And if there isn’t a washer and dryer hook up in the apartment, they have lots of laundry rooms throughout the complex. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and efficient. Park Villas is a comfortable place... to live

This is my first apartment and I can say I absolutely love this place. The people in the office are caring, respectful, and so helpful. The rent is afforable and the place is very peaceful and quite. The apartment is also very roomy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!
