My experience living in Amiya has been fantastic! One of the things I appreciate the most is how the community goes above and beyond to create opportunities for neighbors to connect. They regularly organize gatherings and social events where we can get to know each other, which really fosters a sense of community. Additionally, they host fun contests with great prizes, adding an extra layer of excitement to the experience. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to... anyone looking for a vibrant and welcoming apartment community!

Modern set up, cleanliness is always maintained. Staff and response team immediately deals with issues. Gated and secure (i believed), quiet environment except the tenant above me!

It’s nice living here. If you have loud neighbors above you will hear them walking all the time. The gates to enter are nice however they are open from sun up to sundown Monday-Friday.

Great community. Everyone minds their own and keep’s cleanliness. If you need something done like repairs, they are pretty fast about it just wished they let us know when they are coming.
