This complex is so beautiful. The pictures on their websites are amazing but in person is even better. The front office is super nice and made me feel so welcomed. Would recommend going to check these apartments out!

Happy to Call Beacon at 601 Home!
Honestly between the office staff and maintenance team I have never been happier. They are amazing at handling any issues in a timely manner. They are always happy to help and answer questions. The maintenance guys genuinely care. They have treated my apt as if they lived here. They are clean, courteous, and put a smile on my face knowing if I have any issues they will be resolved. The office staff is just as amazing. Couldn’t be happier to call this my home.

Excellent leasing office staff
The staff at this location go above and beyond to meet their residents needs. I have lived at several other apartment in the area over the years, and Beacon at 601 is by far the best apartment I have stayed at. Leasing office staff is so friendly and helpful with anything you may need.

My Unmatched Living Experience at Beacon 601 on South Alma School!
If I could give this place 6 stars I would! My overwhelmingly positive experience at Beacon 601 on South Alma School has prompted me to share my thoughts. From the office staff's unparalleled kindness and efficiency to the swift and competent maintenance team, every aspect of service here has been stellar. The staff, and specifically Taylor, are always ready with a smile and are exceptionally helpful, making every interaction smooth and reassuring. I have not had a single issue with them or... any resident! The apartments are equipped with modern, fully functional appliances and the added security of Ring cameras at each entry, enhancing both convenience and safety. The community atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, fostered by friendly neighbors who make this place feel truly like home. A heartfelt thanks to everyone at Beacon 101 on South Alma School for making this the best living experience I've ever had.
Also shout out to Jason and Robert those guys work really hard and are always helpful when it comes to anything maintenance.
(P.S. there are grills so if you like to grill this place is even better! Also sometimes the office does giveaways!!!! we were able to go to the Diamond backs games because of the awesome staff!)
