First of all the management staff (Lynn) are really helpful and pleasant. I had some small things repaired in the apartment and the maintenance staff was there the next day! Maintenance is very helpful and courteous. Very efficient. Brandon suggested I may need black out curtains for my patio window because I am on the west side and I get lots of afternoon sun. He measured the patio window so I could get the right size drape and bracket and he even is going to help me install it over my patio... blinds! The grounds are very clean. My apartment was very clean upon move in. My neighbors wave and say hello. No unusual neighbor noises can be heard from inside my apartment. This move in has been one of the most pleasant ones in a very long time. You will be happy here!

Sad excuse for apartment complex
The management is unresponsive and rude and when we moved in all of our cabinets weren’t aligned and when we asked for them to fix it all we got was a blank stare from the manager

Horrible roach infestation in 321.
My daughter's apartment, which I cosigned for, had a roach infestation. The apartment was sprayed 1 to 2 times yet the roaches were still terrible. After many unresolved complaints from my daughter she was let out of her lease.

Waste your time and money elsewhere
Roach infested units. Disregard for your well-being and pets'. It took over 2 weeks and 6 complaints before they fixed the knob on my shower. They'll schedule and confirm services with you, then 24 hours later leave a note on your door asking to reschedule. They don't tell tenants about new management, office hours, or technical issues that won't allow you to pay rent. The 3 office ladies don't talk to each other; you'll call with an issue, then call back after not hearing anything and nobody... knows what you're talking about. They'll boast about their Mesa PD safety requirements but SWAT just came busting in and dragging 2 guys out of a unit this past Saturday. Half the time the gates don't even close. You'll pay too much, for too little space and too much stress. The owner promised me concessions off Oct rent and now they "changed their mind." Rather than move me units, they offered to let me out of my lease 5 MONTHS EARLY?? Who does that? Sounds like someone is concerned about legalities. It's been the worst customer service and living situation of my life. Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

You get what you pay for
Pros: - Gated community (though people almost always tailgate to gain entry) - Well lit - Covered parking for residents - Friendly staff - Grounds are kept clean - Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/Refrigerator in unit
Cons: - Old A/C units (mercury thermostat) - Very, very loud (single-paned windows that barely keep noise out) - The patio door blinds are vertical, and will fall/break off very easily - Bugs (They supposedly spray every now and then to keep bugs away but they haven't so far; Found a few... bugs/roaches in my apartment over the course of a lease)
