A lovely and quiet community to live in for the most part. It looks great and has an open feeling with walking in to the complex. I've enjoyed living in this community for a while now and it's a pleasure to be here. Lovely people, interesting & relaxed neighbors, and a sense of security & peace that I haven't felt in a long time.

I love living at Artessa. I've been here 7 years. It's quiet, very clean and I love the office staff. I love the condo vibe. The location to Restaurants and shopping it's fantastic.

I like that the community has garage units. It is beneficial to have the added security that a garage provides. I like that the community is quiet and that they have some food truck events. It is a good opportunity to meet some of the other residents. The upgrade to the workout facility is appreciated.

Es un sitio bien localizado, tienes todo cerca, hasta si quieres salir de la ciudad. La comunidad es buena. Los apartamentos amplios, realmente obtienes lo que pagas. Diria un 4 de 5, como todo no es perfecto pero es muuy bueno.

I personally like living here because my home feels exactly like that so just like a home a townhouse. I feel we have a beautiful Community it feels private I like that people personalize their patios to make it feel like they are home. The community seems pretty tight-knit and everybody seems to be really friendly and helpful. I like that there's a lot of animals on site and people seem to really love dogs and cats here.
