Hello … my name is Shannon Collins, Arizona Native, and licensed Realtor for more than 28 years. I spent years running a successful real estate team, but a few years ago I elected to focus on a more personal style for my business. “I am committed to the consultant approach of first learning the wants and needs of my clients, then exceeding their expectations.” With extensive experience in the areas of new homes, residential resale homes, investment properties, foreclosures, short-sales, rentals and vacant land, I am able to meet all my client’s needs. Because no two clients OR transactions are ever the same, the challenges I’ve endured are extremely rewarding, and the experience is priceless! Along with my professional network of associates, I feel confident that I can help resolve any matters that arise. I am the current Chairwoman of the Southwest Kids Cancer Foundation, and an avid supporter of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the Real Salt Lake (RSL) AZ Soccer Club and I have served as a volunteer and committee member with several schools within the Deer Valley Unified School District. Giving back to my community, especially the children, is extremely important to me. I am especially proud of my Homes4Everyday Heroes program, which offers closing cost assistance for teachers, first-responders, nurses and military members (current and veteran), which has saved many of my clients thousands of dollars over the years.
