Pillar/56th Street Management does not have security at night - 1 person walks through once a night and then on to other complexes. And management does not care that people have had their garages broken into and stuff stolen. Management/Pillar just shrugs their shoulders Can't wait to end my lease.

Just an informative review for anyone considering
Overall, this complex has it's good and bad things and my goal from this review is just to inform anyone considering it. The goods: amenities are great, pool is awesome, gym is well equipped, location is perfect if you're a big fan of Desert Ridge (even if you're not , you'll become one), and a big kudos to maintenance. Even during the tough times of Covid they managed to come out and fix whatever they could! When you know that you can trust maintenance, that's a good thing in a complex. The... negatives honestly come down to the customer service, unfortunately. Everyone there is relatively nice however, I felt that my entire time there I was fighting to get anything resolved and the professionalism was lacking greatly. From minor issues such as retrieving mail, they quickly dismiss and there's no assistance to help residents. It's kind of a you're on your own type of thing. To greater things like noise complaints that took months of trying to resolve. It just felt like anything you bring up to them and ask for assistance with, they either dismiss or it's a he-said, she-said type of situation . My noise complaint issue took 4 months to resolve and was only resolved when everything I've been reporting for 4 months was addressed by a police call in the middle of the night and proof of the incident was submitted. This type of thing leaves the residents feeling pretty helpless in my opinion. As much as it probably doesn't seem from this review, I tend to stray away from ever complaining about anything. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and patience. I was repeatedly proven wrong though. The summary of my review really is, if you have no issues, this place will be great for you and you'll enjoy it! It's nice and clean and neat and provides a great social life. If issues do arise, I can't say with confidence at all that they're there to back you up or help you. I know there are rules and policies that need to be followed. I just didn't feel like the complex help up their end of sticking to lease agreements and living in a place like that makes me a little uncomfortable. I hope the situation is different for others and I hope that they feel more supported! :)

56 North is amazing!
Our company has rented these apartments for our executives and the experiences our executives and I have had with the apartments has been incredible. Specifically, the staff has proven to be incredibly helpful and kind. I work directly with Kyle Sobota on a regular basis. He responds to our company’s needs with competence and efficiency. I cannot thank him and the staff enough for all their help.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Coming from someone who has lived here for 5+ years read this review.
Construction - there is 360 construction around the entire community creating excessive noise and extremely unsafe amounts of dirt and debris.
The desert behind the property was advertised to many as a Preserve... That is not the case.
This project will not be complete until the end of 2021.
The property management has done NOTHING TO ASSIST. Not even allowing us to break our lease because of this... unsafe environment.

Terrible
Disgusting, dirty, rip off. Lie about their amenities. Pool not heated as they say. They don’t fix things when they break in the apartment. Dog poop all over the place, the walkways wreak of dog urine.
