Terrible place to live. Constantly reminded of the “no smoking” rule and “no noise during quiet hours” rule, yet there’s dog poop everywhere. Trash is constantly left around the neighborhood. Not sure why the rent is so high for such a disgusting environment.

Sometimes our emails or letters will be directed on... minimal topics to ensure clear communication is provided for such issues, and then we will send out something additional at another time.
