Great place to work
Chris is great! This community is beautiful, and I absolutely love the townhouse feature vibe. The 24-hour amenities are fantastic, and the 2-acre dog park is simply stunning!

Dog Friendly
I love living at Aerie! My corgi loves his back yard and the large dog park. The fitness center has everything to get a good workout in. Very clean and staff is very nice.

Poor Response to Issues
There should be an option to select “0” starts because that is what this place deserves. Overtime being here we have encountered multiple situations that we are not please with in regards to safety and cleanliness but this one takes the cake. Our AC has been out since Friday 07/28 and it is now 08/03 and still no answers. Been bouncing around from hotel to hotel waiting on this issues to be fixed. Each time we call we get no answers. You would think they would reach out to a different AC... provider to get the issue with ac motor resolved but no we are waiting on their “preferred provider” to figure it out. Absolutely unbelievable!

Absolutely adore this community- The residents are all incredibly sweet and respectful of one another; It genuinely feels like our own community here. And the front leasing office staff is like none I've ever encountered. They remember names, faces, families, pets. They're always letting us know how appreciated we as residents are, and in this day and age, that is almost unheard of. I adore this complex. In 2 years of being here, we have never had an issue.
