I can honestly say it’s the best place to live. The amenities are awesome. I use them all the time and on top of that the activities they do monthly so much fun and then on top of that the staff they are amazing. Destiny and Jorge have been there from the very beginning And I have come to know them very well And vice versa. The funny thing is, they know everybody by name and that’s remarkable if you’re looking for a place to live do not pass this gem up.

I’ve been living at Alta Biltmore for a couple of months now, and my experience has been excellent. From the move-in process to addressing any concerns, Jorge and Destinee have gone above and beyond to exceed expectations. The maintenance team, especially Frank and Tom, has also contributed to my positive experience by efficiently resolving any issues that arise. Beautiful apartment, has a luxury feel with high ceilings and spacious kitchen & bath. Close to all of my favorite shops and brunch eats. Quick response from mngt with any issues. Highly recommend for someone wanting a new luxury apt close to everything.

Apt are nice inside but have many flaws
I toured this complex with Jorge which was very nice and helpful but I noticed the carpets and hallways had a very awful smell in every floor we toured. I also noticed that the small gym they have had been vandalized. A lot of homeless appear to be walking around the area so I will keep looking for safer areas to live.
