I have lived at this beautiful property for 25 YEARS! My apt is so spacious and provides me with spectacular panoramic views of the indigenous desert. The amenities are many and not found in most other apt complexes. They include a huge closet in the master bedroom, a linen closet, a storage unit outside the apt, a pantry, a large kitchen and bathroom, and a coat closet. The office staff is always very responsive to any problem I may be having and the maintenance team is top rate. Through the... years I have, of course, toured MANY OTHER available housing choices, but always reverted to staying at Avana. I have been very pleased with my choice of Avana. I appreciate the cleanliness of the grounds. It feels safe and is pretty quiet. The residents that I have met are nice and friendly. People keep their pets under control and are good about cleaning up after them. The location is so convenient to stores, post office, etc.

I love living at Avana. But there are some very important areas that need improvement

I placed a work order through the porthole for the porch light that was burnt out to be replaced. The next day the work order, was taken care of . when I arrived, home from work. I was delighted. I didn’t have to worry about being visionless.

Oh, I already have. I’ve suggested moving here to several people, families and friends and then people I’ve just met.
