If you like living in a total disaster zone of remodeling from dawn to nite. If you like mobs of construction workers that treat residents like intruders this is your place!

Hassle to Apply
Not a easy application and were not helpful at all. Thought I saw a rat on my walkthrough on the property. DO NOT MOVE IN!

Hands down the best
From the amazing staff. To the maintenance personnel they are all amazing! It's truly a family atmosphere. I moved in 2 weeks ago now and the team did everything to get my new apartment home ready by my own dead line! I absolutely love it here. From the quiet atmosphere and tucked away location to the absolute quietness. My kids love it and so do I. Maintenance requests were done within 2 days. Just great!

Great price, Great location
THe apartments are a great price for the area. They are between indian school rd, and camelback road in the biltmore area. the AMC dine in movie thetere is just up the road. There are plenty of great places to dine-out in the area. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to makes sure your experience is good. All the costs of leasing are right up front, no hidden fees. Check them out for an affordable apartment in a trendy area.

Bang for buck
FOR THOSE WHO SKIM REVIEWS: Clean community, close to shopping, no pest issues, does month to month leases, lots of parking, community laundry, nice staff, and reasonably priced.
Background: I was a resident for 7 months on a month to month lease. I’m moving due to relocation by my job.
Like everyone else, I read the bad reviews but I have a friend that has lived here for 1.5 years that told me to ignore those. Therefore I gave it a try. I live in a Casita not one of the towers so that is... what I will attest to...
PROS: I was the first person to live in my apartment after the “remodel” (see cons) so all appliances and bathroom fixtures were new. New carpet in the bedroom, laminate floors throughout, new sink, toilet, shower/tub combo.
All utilities included: Lights, sewer, water, trash, antenna from Cox (I suggest buying a better one from Target because you get more channels if you’re too cheap for cable(me)). I purchased internet for about $65 a month.
The front office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I made a maintenance request they input it immediately and it was soon fixed.
There are NO bugs/rats/roaches/critters. The greatest issue I had was the high volume of mosquitos on my back patio due to there being a pond and extremely too many trees.
The neighbors are friendly enough and they mind there business. There is street parking which is good enough because if you’re in a casita you can park in front of or by your door. I’ve never had an issue w/ break-ins and I travel for weeks at a time and just leave my car parked under one of the towers.
CONS: The “remodel” was not a full remodel. Although everything was new, the walls were plastered and painted but not smoothed. The windows are not insulated (which in the grand scheme doesn’t matter because I’m not the one paying the electric bill) and my apartment specifically had no screens, so I could not open them without mosquitoes or flys coming in. There is a lack of storage space because the apartments used to be a hotel. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors if they’re inconsiderate. I lived next to a young couple that often would fight, play music, or have sex really loud and I repeatedly had to ask them to keep quiet.
Overall, it was a good place to stay that is reasonably priced for the great area that it is in. It is close to all the Biltmore shopping centers, downtown, and the airport.
