Overall the community is great. Its an awesome location, rent is reasonable, maintenance is quick to respond. The only issue is noise. The upper floors had carpeting when we moved in (we are on 1st floor), which drastically reduced the noise from upstairs. Now there is no carpet upstairs and the noise is sometimes ridiculous and there is nothing we can do except live with the fact that we sometimes cannot enjoy our space. Management refuses to do anything unless its after quiet hours begin. I... can hear my upstairs neighbors kids screaming and can hear the parents yelling all throughout the day/night, its not just the constant running and stomping we have to deal with... Double paned windows would also help reduce the noise from outside and help with insulation. Overall the value is great for the price, just wish the management would have more consideration for the experience of tenants who have neighbors above them.

I have had a pretty good experience this far. However my bike was stolen within the first month of living here and the gates are often left home. I don’t feel as safe and secure as what was pitched to me when I was touring the complex
