I lived here for two years and felt like this place was not just an apartment but a mini-house. I loved it. I'm a single female, lived on first floor, it is a very very safe place to reside. Never had a single problem, it's a small complex and neighbors were all very nice. The mountain views are outstanding and there is a hiking trail that was located behind my apartment. The place is kept up very nicely and they have recycling. I felt that this place set the bar high and really, really enjoyed... living here. I cannot tell you how much I loved it there. It's is such a personable and safe community. LOVED IT HERE

Rudeness
I have also experienced rudeness from the management. Didn't really care to answer questions and cared more about getting off at5. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism or even kindness. Will be looking elsewhere.

Management is rude. Assumes things about tenants that aren't true. Came barging into apartments without saying why. Very unprofessional
