You are forced into dealing with 1 ISP that provided terrible customer support. If you are working from home there is no greater nuisance especially when you pay $40 a month for "MAA Connect" Be aware of these nuisances before you decide on this place.

Great place to live
I lived in phase 2, for 3 years and just moved recently. I can say it’s a beautiful place to live, very nicely kept and great amenities. The maintenance crew is terrific, know you by name and that’s no mean feat with a large complex! It’s a safe area, with friendly neighbors I’ll miss a lot!
