After selling my home and moving into Maxwell it was a big change yet it is like a home to me without the maintenance and safety worry. It is a warm and friendly place that is like a family

Overall positive experience. The main frustration is that the amenities often often broken or not functioning properly, and for a long time. Also the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property isn't great for the price point we pay. I do feel the price point is far too high for what it is and how it's up kept. But, the community of people is great, it's nice that it has a home-y feel here as compared to other apartment complexes. I've been overall happy here and have stayed multiple years... now!

Living here has been great and all the staff is very kind and helpful. Maxwell on 66th is safe and quiet, we also love that it’s close to a lot of great restaurants and Whole Foods.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Maxwell on 66th for the past 3 years. The quality of living, amenities, staff, and community has all been great. If I had one complaint only, it would be the increase in rent each year. Although it is somewhat common in the area, I do feel it’s been a little excessive, especially as someone who’s renewed their lease here for many years. Aside from that, I love Maxwell on 66th & would recommend it to anyone who can afford it. Happy to have called this home the... last few years!
