I have been living here for more than year and half, Decent pricing in the vicinity and good maintenance of gym and pool. Almost close to most of the grocers like frys/target/walmart make easy for resident here to get anything.

We wish there were more parking spots and traffic noise was not that loud. Other than that, it's a nice little community. Maintenance do an ok job and could be faster.

My apartment has been great. The complex is well maintained and clean. The office people are very nice. My one and only complaint is the parking. I would not recommend living here if you have more than one vehicle. Other than that living here has been a good experience!
