Love the neighborhood and surrounding areas. Love the people in the apt complex. Maintenance can be slow, however the pros outweigh that & that's my only con.

Love it here.. palm court is a nice area, kids love the pool and park areas… I enjoy the pool as well and the aloso have a computer to use to handle business and a room to rent out for parties

A lot of people with dogs do not pick up their pet’s waste. Management takes too much time to send someone to clean up. We have complaint several times.

this is good quiet community to stay in. Location is also very convenient , has one of the best schools -Valley Academy., closeby .It has bus stop closeby taht takes to Indian store and walmart for those who donot drive.
