The property doesn't really clean anything. They just seem to blame residents for their problems. Stairway landings are filthy and theres has been trash on my landing for countless months left by people renovating the place.

When I moved into my unit it had a broken window. The management response was to wait until they renovated the units and just put new windows in every unit. Then they made it worse by saving me for last.

They threaten to tow your car if you park backwards. Which i'm not... sure if they can do that cause the tow company on their signs don't even operate here.

I had to replace my air filter and when I took the cover of the whole roof just fell down which was hard to fix.

Pros: No cockroaches! Few bugs. Large closets. Management tries. Usually available parking.
Cons: Monthly charge for stupid mail delivery system (fetch), Thin walls/noise (especially cars and fighting in the parking lot), lukewarm hot tub, shared ventilation system meant my bathroom used to always smell like weed but this went away when I got new neighbors.
Maintenance: I wish their system allowed for notifications/alerts about maintenance work. I work late and have been woken up on more than... one occasion by maintenance coming in to my apartment. One time I got kicked out of my apartment for several hours on my day off. I completely understand these guys have a job to do but it would be so much easier if I had an idea when they were coming so that I could plan accordingly especially when they show up like 2 weeks after I submit a request.

excelent green areas and amenities, dog park is beautiful

I love the green spaces, they make a great spot for kids and dogs to play.
