I like this Community, I feel safe, it's dog friendly. I enjoy walking my dog near the golf course. I enjoy the layout of my apartment. The landscape throughout the community is nicely done. The pool and gym are always kept clean.

First few weeks have been amazing so far! Had an issue with our oven upon move in and it was handled quick and smoothly! Maintenance and Leasing office is quick to respond!

When a service request is made the staff take care of in 2 days or less. My garbage disposal stopped working on New years eve. I'm a homeowner for 30 years and I know that sound when it is failing. I place the service request at 5:30 AM and went to work. My husband notified me the work had been completed at 6:30 AM. I want to give a shout to the service crew for resolving this quickly. I can live without many amenities, but a garbage disposal is not one of them. Moving to this apt with that... amenity has been great!

I wish everyone would get 2 spot of parking instead of 1 and I would hope people would pick up there dog pooop and people wouldn’t drive so fast in the parking lot
