Don’t live here. Every time there’s something wrong in the apartment they will take forever to fix it. Front office people are so RUDE and will talk down on you. IDK if they know what customers service is or what. But its beyond bad. Water is always out too! Too much problems when you move.

DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE
Do you know the feeling of sitting next to a screaming baby on an airplane? Living here is just that but everyday all the time and the grounds are covered in garbage. Also good luck ever trying to contact the front office usually they just open whenever they feel like it.
Btw if you're reading I beg you not to move in here. Like seriously do not move here if you value your wellbeing. There are roaches and you can not stop them because even if you are the cleanest person to ever exist you will... still get roaches due to the grounds never being cleaned as well as neighbors. Also odds are the five star reviews are probably people who have been paid or bots because this place is not 5 stars.
The water has been turned off every other week for roughly a month now. If you enjoy taking morning showers consistently I would not move here.
I hope you are okay with letting them keep your security deposit because Connie and gang will hold onto it even if you call everyday for a month. It feels like they're personally offended that you would want your money back.

New management is terrible. Over priced.
The apartment complex has gone through multiple management companies over the years I've been here. Every one of the managers has not been great, but latest one is the worst. Water is constantly being shut off for emergency repairs. Gate has been broken for months. Facility cameras that have a monthly fee that's included in my rent don't work (with apartment around me and car getting stolen - management didn't care). Now the leasing office is changing their hours of operation to not include... Saturday.

Messy
I told them I was going to wait to post but it’s getting more and more insane. I moved in mid July; it’s end of September, they’ve gone through 3 management companies. I moved from out of state, not my first time renting here though. It took 4 of us 5 hours to clean the apartment before I could even move in! The stove took another 3 hours to scrub!!! There’s still a ton that needs to be cleaned. The amount of broken things is long! Can’t stand too close to the railing on the balcony it’s barely... hanging on. Both tubs are peeling. Half the outlets don’t work. One guy said to bend all my prongs (doesn’t work when the outlet doesn’t have power). There’s a big hole in the second bedroom floor. Dishwasher sucks and stained. The pot residue I had to clean!! They offered such a small compensation that if I were charged wouldn’t cover even half the cleaning bill, or the fact I paid more for the U-Haul and movers for pushing back. Lol I pushed back my move in date and still nothing was ready! I loved this place before I had to move to help out my grandparents, but man did it go downhill. I have a feeling I’ll have to start this process of being compensated all over again and again it’s going to be pathetic. OH! They’ll keep my whole deposit though when I move out. The manager was the one that I signed the contract with, she knows how bad it was. But I don’t think she cares anymore. I’d you see reviews talking about a Connie, that’s the newest manager. Unless you live for a drama filled renting experience where nothing is cleaned or fixed, this is for you. Otherwise I’d stay away. I know for a fact that this review is going to cause major issues. But I have receipts. I’ll keep posting them on every platform.

Can't stand people... (Verified Renter)
Can't stand people blaring their music for hours or loudly running their mouths until after midnight in the pool area. I specifically asked when I first did a tour if music was allowed in the common areas and was told no, yet they do it all the dang time. Like now, at 9:30pm as I type this-there' music from the pool area. So not likely to recommend without at least warning people of that.
