So far my experience at slate has been amazing the staff has been super helpful and informative to me and help me with whatever I need right away. Lisa has actually stayed late a couple times already just to help getting me setup.

Slate Scottsdale is a beautiful property nestled into an urban oasis. I see mountains and nature in every direction I look. I can wake up and be at any type of shopping or leisurely activity within minutes. I equally can wake up and be submersed into nature. The front part of slate sets into the beautiful North Scottsdale night life while the back half is a preserved and protected nature area that brings a lot of tranquility to all of our busy lives. Parking is major issue here.
The appearance outside can be upgraded to keep up with the newly constructed communities.

I moved into Slate Apartments a month ago and I couldn't be happier. To start off, working with Linda and Diamond was first class. Both were very friendly and accommodating. And I am so happy with the remodel of the apartment... the place looks great! Management also reimbursed me for a little inconvenience I experienced on move-in day. They didn't even have to do it! And lastly, twice I've had them come and fix things in my apartment (the place just got remodeled and minor stuff) and the... maintenance staff was just fantastic! This used to be a great community until management changed. With the new leasing staff, I feel the community has gone down in quality.
