DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! We Have been here for a year and a half. Constant issues with homeless people, my truck has been broken in to MULTIPLE times. The front gates are always messed up. When I say my water/sewer/trash have GONE UP EVERY SINGLE MONTH. How are we paying over $200 for water sewer and trash for a 2/2 unit?!!! Crazy!! They said water is measured by unit then they said it was measured by building. Homeless people smoking right outside our unit and the odor comes... in, not safe for my children having to deal with that and nothing can be done. Recommended looking elsewhere, as soon as our lease is up we are leaving. HORRIBLE!
