This property is an amazing property, they really put a lot of thought into the apartment homes themselves. I also like that mostly all the fees were upfront. I’m a big believer and just giving me one real price. I hate Looking online and seeing one price and then coming in and finding out, there’s like $300 an extra cost on top of that. The management and leasing staff have just been amazing! Courtney has done a great job at managing any issues that and super helpful to me every time I needed... something. The same is to be said about Alex and David. They helped with my leasing and they were just amazing.

Excellent Customer service
Spoke with Courtney, She was very excited about the community and shared a lot of great information.Property appears as though it will be really nice once completed. Really appreciated the focus on hospitality and customer service. Courtney seemed genuinely invest in building a strong sense of community here.
