bad management
I don't know which company is managing this complex but they have forgotten to service the pools, letting them dry. Poor property management. People who was managing this complex before they bought it they kept the buildings in very great condition.

Rude Staff
When I first moved in I had spoken with a wonderful woman who helped out greatly. The place was nice. Never had a bug issue. HOWEVER, the staff is one of the worst. I never saw the helpful lady again and the people I’ve been seeing have just been awful. Never answer the phone, never want to put in a maintenance request. Then when the lease renewal came up, they left a notice at my door stating I had my options and I wanted a 6 month option that was listed only to have the lady at the front say... “we don’t offer that. If you read the paper, it tells you what we offer.” Even though the paper had 6 months on it. Everything else is fine it’s just the staff that’s the worst.

3 months to get a hold of someone to get information that could have easily been posted online...thanks for wasting my time. Based on reviews we'll be looking elsewhere.

Worst APARTMENTS Of ARIZONA!
Worst place to ever get all the ladies and manager have to be the worst . They dnt care about anything or try to work with u .Roaches everywhere Everything inside the apartments is messed up broken etc
