I have lived here for 6 years, under 3 different owners. Since taken over by PMG, this property has gone down. The gate to enter the property seldom operates, and as of 05/03/2023 , according to manager, this is no longer a gated community, because hes tired of having to fix it. Thieves roam this property at night, stealing 4 catalytic converters that i know of in the last 4 days. In the last year, i know of 4 other instances of property theft from vehicles, including my own. Homeless drug... addicts bathe, have sex, and do thier laundry IN THE POOL AT NIGHT. When brought to the attention to on site manager, his reply is "I dont live here" , take care of it yourself. When you approach the gate, theres a camera at left side of office door. Think that helps? NO. According to manager, it dont work. Pool gate is broke, management is here for one thing only. To sucker people into renting. Such a shame. When it was Villa Serena, it truly was a great place to live. Thanks for nothing PMG.

Always Broken. Roaches.
It feels like every other week there's some issue being addressed. Water is off at least once a week. There are roaches everywhere and even when bringing this up to the office nothing seems to be done about it.

No repairs, filthy with roaches…
They raised our rent/lease $300, more if we don’t sign a lease. They don’t fix anything. Currently all the lights in the parking area have been off over a week. It’s quite gross. We’re happy to be leaving.

Villa Serena
Horrible place. It was roach and mold infested. When they came to fix the hole made by the minister in the way the claimed there was no mold and it was not wet. They also jacked up the rent when we had no contract in an attempt to make you sign a new contract.
