Love the location and the office staff and maintenance staff are kind and helpful. The apartments are well mantener and quite confortable. Neighbor are friendly.

I've had a great experience living in this apartment complex and would rate it four stars! The location is convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes errands and commuting a breeze. The complex itself is clean and well-maintained, and the amenities, like the pool, gym, and communal spaces, add so much to the living experience.

The management team is responsive and usually quick to address any maintenance requests, which is a huge plus. Neighbors... are friendly, and there’s a nice sense of community here without feeling too intrusive. I also appreciate the pet-friendly policy, as it’s not always easy to find places that welcome pets.

Great apartment! I’ve lived here a year and a half and would recommend. Awesome having the Quarter below as well for easy dining and food options! Renovations happening now to improve out of home spaces which is great.

Nice place. Management is always quick to address any issues. Great location with restaurants all close by. App makes it easy to pay rent or request service appointment. Management also has monthly events for tenants. Overall great place

While not without issues, overall I have enjoyed my residency in the BSQ. An excellent Scottsdale location, comfortable, accommodating, amenities, and a responsive and attentative staff.
