AROUND 15 CARS HAVE BEEN KEYED PARKED THERE

My boyfriend and I have rented here since 2015 because it is a great location at a reasonable price. However, there are always some REAL questionable people living here as well. Recently, about 15 cars have been keyed there including my own. My car was keyed at the end of May - our neighbors car was keyed last night and there have been a bunch of other cars that have been keyed in between. My boyfriend told management when it first happened, but obviously there's nothing they can really do;... except, maybe, get some cameras!?

Great Place and awesome location

I just renewed my lease for a second year. I have read all the reviews for this complex and the only thing I can say to that is, I've had none of those problems. You are never going to find that perfect place to live unless you live in a house in the middle of nowhere so you are going to hear other people from time to time, its called a complex for a reason. I have had a few issues here and there but they were fixed promptly. When you live anywhere, even brand new builds, appliances can break or... act like they are possessed but I know for a fact from knowing tons of people that live here that they are quick to fix things and address concerns you may have, all you have to do is ask. Katie who is the property manager is AWESOME, she has a lot to do in her day but still takes time to sit and talk with you if you need anything and always does everything she can to take care of what ever the issue is. She has been here pretty much as long as I have been here and I've been here 15 months and I also plan to renew my lease again when it is time. This complex has clean swimming pools and a hot tub, that I use all the time. The grounds are maintained every week. There is a nice dog park for those that have puppy dogs. The location is perfect, so if your looking for a wonderful place to live with a great location then stop in and see Katie, I promise you will not regret it.

Property Manager/HOA Sucks

This complex has great potential however the property management/HOA completely fails at every level. Poolside cushions, gone for months. And the HOA/owner is too cheap to replace them. Poolside chairs disappear and reappear at whim. Heated pool and hot tub have no heat. The bark park is constantly flooded and full of bugs, there for never usable. A simple adjustment to the sprinkler system would improve this. Bark park also not secure, small to medium size dogs can crawl under the fence. Again... if management cared, easy fix. Old appliances pile up outside for months instead of being hauled. Recycling overflows and they’re to cheap to get a bigger or second bin. Talk to management and nothing changes, oh except for the person in the office. They seem to change often. This complex could be 5-Star if the manager and majority unit owner actually did anything other than worry about how much money they were making. Funny thing is, if they invested a little bit of money into this property, they could raise rent based on location.


Note: I haven’t had issues with loud neighbors or domestic quarrels as per other review.

Just no

My roof leaked literally every time it rained from the time I moved in until my last day. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor every time it was used. The rain ruined my furniture and bed. The neighbors surrounding us treated us to loud music and drunken violence nightly from midnight until dawn. Management helpfully suggested they’d put something in the community newsletter about noise rather than actually speak to the people causing the problems. When I moved out I received a bill for the... water damage caused by their refusal to repair anything. As others mentioned, parking is non existent and the walls are paper thin. You’ll also get to meet a brand new manager every few months and start fresh with trying to get your concerns addressed.

TL;DR : live literally anywhere but this place.
