Property is kept very clean. Front staff is always helpful and kind. Work orders are done in a timely matter. Over all Quincy is a very nice place to live.

This place is top notch from the amenities, the high end appliances, fixtures & wood floors. The staff is on top of everything and super friendly. The neighborhood is fantastic walking distance to amazing food and shopping. Great place to live!

We are so in love with our space here at the Quincy! I’m obsessed with the kitchen. Like the oven?? I don’t even need to say more lol it’s very nice and the office staff are ALL AMAZING

The customer service in the front desk is amazing. I always feel welcome and they are very hospitable. When there is an issue, they are on top of it. The construction of the apartments are well made. I feel many luxury apartments look modern, but done with cheap materials. This is not the case. Every detail is done well inside. I have been very happy living here for the last couple months.
