The process was completed very quickly and the move in progress went smoothly. Maintenance workers are very kind and respectful when they enter our home however I’ve had difficulties with the office on multiple things. I continue to live here only because I moved here 3-4 years ago so the prices didn’t increase as dramatically as the price of living skyrocketed during that time. Other than that I don’t recommend living here. The summers here are the worse.

I Love Where I Live
I love my apartment and my community!! I plan to keep Avana Tempe my home until I am able to buy a house of my own. The staff are friendly and the neighborhood is very fun :)
