Salt was probably one of the worst experiences i e ever had. as a student at ASU, I was super excited to live at salt because of all its amazing amenities and location I saw online. I would never recommend living in this apartment to any ASU student, especially if you are younger because the staff will treat you like a child. I have had many ongoing issues and have tried to seek help from the staff upfront and they have been nothing but degrading and rude. I was also told that the construction... at the complex was going to be done back in March. It is now almost November. I tried to move my units, because there were construction men looking into my apartment and i was told no and basically that I would have to deal with the problems that I was having. I have never been so excited to move out of an apartment in my life so if you’re thinking about living here, I would think twice before making that decision.

SALT is a great complex to live in. I have enjoyed my almost two years here and I am looking forward to more. Amenities are clean and always functioning, staff have always been friendly, and the apartment units themselves are beautiful. Compared to other apartment complexes in Tempe, SALT units are much more spacious and have upgraded appliances. The complex is located in an area where many things are easily accessible.

Living a SALT has been a great experience so far. I love that so many things are only a walk away and the staff has been so responsive to requests and questions. I would definitely recommend SALT to others who value location, fun activities, large living space and friendly living environment.

My apartment is 2b2b apartment,it has 2 spacious bedrooms, kitchen and hall are bit small.Security of the apartment is good,but amenities are under renovation work for long that apart.
